Delivery zone

We deliver locally within Limassol and surrounding areas, within the delivery radius set for our store. Your eligibility for local delivery is determined automatically at checkout based on the recipient address. For destinations outside this area, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times

  • Same-day delivery: orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays.
  • Specific time slot: select your preferred time at checkout, or contact us via the support chat to arrange it.

Maximum delivery time

Unless we explicitly agree another date with you, we will deliver your order within 3 business days of order confirmation. If we are unable to deliver within this period and we do not agree an alternative delivery deadline with you, you have the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund, in accordance with Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Delivery fees

Local delivery fees are tiered by order subtotal (excluding any delivery fee itself):

  • Orders up to €29.99 — €10 delivery.
  • Orders from €30.00 to €79.99 — €5 delivery.
  • Orders €80.00 and above — free delivery.

The applicable fee is shown at checkout based on your cart.

Risk of loss

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods, in accordance with Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where you have entrusted delivery to a carrier that we did not offer, the risk passes upon handover to that carrier.

Address accuracy

We rely on the recipient address and phone number you provide. We are not responsible for failed deliveries directly caused by incorrect details, but we will make reasonable efforts to contact you to correct minor issues before treating the delivery as failed.

Recipient unavailability

If the recipient is not present, our courier will call the contact number. After two failed attempts the order is held at our studio for pickup; re-delivery is charged at a flat fee of €5.
